Priya Philip, Founder Director of Interics Designs, has a rich experience of 20 years in the field of Strategy Design and Corporate Communications in India and overseas. A Graphic Designer and a Management Professional, Priya is known for her highly effective brand and corporate strategies. She has, with her clear vision and foresight, built Interics from the ground up into a multi- disciplinary strategic design establishment that specializes in building powerful, sustainable brands. Her work spans several renowned brands like Mitsubishi Electric, Thermax, Rieter, Honeywell, Forbes Marshall, Atlas Copco, Kirloskar, Messung, ThyssenKrupp, Thermax, and CRY, Cocoa Cottage, Rasoi Magic in the B2C segment. Her international presence is spread across the various design seminars, trade shows and exhibitions she visits in the US and across Europe. Over the years, she has worked on a multitude of international design projects from concept to commissioning.

Sonali Brahma – Chief Strategy Officer and Creative Director
Sonali Brahma holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM, Pune). She has 19 years of pooled experience in Marketing, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building and has worked for major MNC and Indian brands like Philips, Sandvik Asia, Tata Technologies, Thermax, Mother's Recipe, Nirlep and Symbiosis to name a few. Sonali heads Strategy and Creatives at Interics Designs and brings to the table sharp business acumen and powerful insights that help transform products into brands.

Clifford Fernandes – Consultant Director, Strategy & Marketing Positioning
In his 30-year career span, Clifford Fernandes has worked for national and multinational companies in design, construction, marketing & sales, project evaluation and strategy development. He has worked in the markets of India, S.E. Asia, Latin America, Middle East, USA and Europe. A mechanical engineering alumnus of the College of Engineering, Pune, Clifford also co-founded Inter-Strat, a strategy consulting company in 1991. Prior to this, he worked for Thermax Ltd., Lovelock & Lewes (Coopers & Lybrand) and Exim Bank of India. At Interics Designs, Clifford evolves corporate & marketing strategies in the engineering and technology domains.

Samrat Alone - Director Operations, Domestic and International
Samrat is a key member of the Interics’ brand creative leadership team. He partners with cross-functional leaders in creatives, account management and production, to ensure effective cohesive, seamless delivery of creative operations across brands, across international borders; at the same time ensuring continuous work process improvement. This young powerhouse has relentlessly driven huge international design projects, from concept to commissioning together with our European partners across Europe. Samrat has an experience of 12 years in the field of commercial designing and has handled renowned brands like Atlas Copco, Schmersal, Rieter, Forbes Marshall Tata Technologies, Messung, and retail clients like Panasonic, PNG, Cocoa Cottage, Morbi Group, Floorwell.

Gaurav has 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Client Interface and Brand Management. A hands-on team leader, Gaurav leads a front-end high power team at Interics. A qualified Business Management graduate and a solutions- driven personality, Gaurav develops client relationships that are here to stay.
